ABOUT PROJECT
We demolished a two story dwelling on this lot and built a new two-story, 2000 square foot home. Crs Builders team led this project from start to finish, including excavation, foundation, framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, exterior finish, drywall, and all interior finishing.
We waterproofed the ground level; framed the new layout on the second level; and added new electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems throughout. While the interior finishes are all-new, we preserved the home’s original architectural style — complete with Spanish colonial tiles, arched doorways, and new fireplace.
