A CRS Client’s Experience
Before You Choose a Builder,
Hear from a Client.
Hear a CRS client describe their experience working with the team. Their project is individual; your home will have its own scope and priorities.

Before You Book
A Few Common Questions.
Can I Start with One of Your Floor Plans?
Yes. A custom design or an approved floor-plan design can be the starting point. The design still needs to suit your property and agreed project scope.
Is This Available If I Only Want Plans?
No. The offer is tied to a signed CRS construction contract and the qualifying deposit, not a separate plans-only service.
What If I Already Have Signed and Stamped Plans?
Take a look at the separate $20,000-off construction offer for owners with signed/stamped plans.
Does This Guarantee City Approval or a Timeline?
No. CRS works through the submission, comment and revision process, but city approval and review timing are not guaranteed.
