ABOUT PROJECT

We completely renovated this  Del MAr home. The interior was Fully demolished when we started the project, so our crew finished the job while making sure the home was still structurally sound. 

We waterproofed the ground level; framed the new layout on the second level; and added new electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems throughout. While the interior finishes are all-new, we preserved the home's original architectural style — complete with Spanish colonial tiles, arched doorways, and new  fireplace.
